Fees, Insurance, and Payment
As a participant in many major health plans, our office does file your insurance claim as a courtesy. We cannot guarantee that your health plan will cover the service you require, so your insurance company or you are responsible for any remaining balance. When your insurance requires a copayment by the patient, our office asks that this be paid at the time of your appointment.

You will receive a monthly statement, and we ask you to pay the balance due or call our office at (870) 698-1846 to arrange a payment plan. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards as well as personal checks.

We will direct you to the appropriate representative in our business office if you have questions regarding our financial policy.
